Oh Jen,

Poor you! It is OK to complain. I know how hard

it can be without being 8 months pregnant and having

hot humid weather to boot. Is there anything Marissa

particularly likes? Maybe you could keep giving the

meal she likes most, to tide over this rough spot.

Rohan easily takes 1 hour over breakfast. Sometimes

he can be sick after that - all the while ketones are

about 0.5.

I hope Marissa decides to eat soon (remember her

not sleeping) and you have a really easy delivery.

Love & best wishes.

Dear Jen:

I FEEL THE SAME WAY A KAZILLION TIMES. But we must go on-It is impossible

to explain to any-one (except us) what you go thru.

Were you not the one who was trying to get me to try Yoga or meditation? I

have missed you, where have you been. Especially since it seems like you

had some complaining to do-why didn't you start earlier:-)

Somedays it seems like we want the little ones to appreciate our part in the

diet-CAN'T THEY SEE WHAT WE GO THROUGH, BUT NO THEY SAY YUCK AND CLENCH

THEIR LITTLE TEETH AND WITHOUT THE JAWS OF LIFE-YOU AIN'T GONNA GET THAT

FOOD IN THERE.

And yes I spend 5 hours in the kitchen daily-I actually think I am

developing vericose veins from standing-but may-be we could invent a keto

rolling stool that we could coast around the kitchen on, with a soft seat

and backrest.

You couldn't hire someone to do your job-nor mine or any of the fabulous

amazing women and ((men)) ((since its father's day, and I must assume that

some of the ladies get help from their husbands))

Jen you must go on and I know you will, their will be better days to come

Hugs

Diane

Diane,

Yeah, I'm the one that does meditation and yoga. But I have to admit that I

have not been doing either like I should. And boy, can I tell. Plus I tend

to get irritable when I get to the end of my pregnancies anyway, and it's so

hard to get myself to do anything at all, let alone yoga. Of course, once I

start, it's wonderful.

I really don't always feel like complaining, just had to get it off my chest

that time.

I've not been on line as much as I would like, either. When I'm already

feeling overwhelmed, opening my mailbox to 300 new messages or so is a bit

overwhelming!:o) Hopefully after this baby comes I will feel more up to it.

Can I have one of those keto rolling stools? You could make a lot of money

with those!!

Thanks for the response, it's really good to hear from you:o)

Ever start the meditation thing?

Love

Jen

Dear Jen:

No....I did try the meditation thing, but I never get more than a moment

without someone yelling, MOM...You know what I mean-but I have looked at

some books and videos on it-and I have plans for one day...

I'll start working on that Chair-I might need Auto-Cad to design it

properly-might take

me awhile and every-one will be off of the diet by then;-(

Hugs & tons of strength( just like you sent me before)
