Hi Tashyeka

I've now been taking LDN (naltrexone) for 20 months now and have had no sign of

any relapse - sure I have days when I feel good and others not so good!! I have

never taken any of the CRAB drugs. I read Sue Ellen Dickenson's story on line

after buying her e-book, she advocates the Jon Barron protocol go to

http://www.jonbarron.org/health_topics/multiple_scelerosis.php

also look at the tabs at the top of the page and you can download his book

'Lessons from the Miracle Doctors' a very comprehensive explanation of why and

what you should be taking. Some of his recommendations I was already taking as

they are also on the list from the MSRC site but slowly I've added to this so I

now have all of his recommended list. I do rate his products as being very

effective, I like the fact that I know they are all based on natural sources and

not full of fillers that need to be avoided. If you download the book go to

Chapter 19 he lists what he says are the daily requirements.

I've been following this protocol for four months now and I did start with the

cleanses and will be repeating them shortly - I think that is sound advice given

by many on this site. I know I could 'tighten' up my diet and try to

incorporate the BBD with an alkaline one at the same time but am more than happy

with the good days that I have.

I hope this helps and that you're able to start you're own successful

journey....

Best wishes, health and healing...
