I think you are the one who posted the address for support,

right? I just commented on this to thank you , but

also I've never gotten any useful help from them. Which doesn't

mean they don't give useful help--- maybe I'm just unlucky so

far.....

You could call your ISP (aol) to see if they can help you. Based on

posts on this, seems they may be the problem.

Also you can read posts on the web. not that this solves the mail problem.

(in a browser go to , log in, select " my groups " ,

select " autism treatment " , then select " messages " to see the latest

messages)
