I didn't do well over the weekend. I ate salty foods and ate like a pig. I worked a double shift Saturday That included working a day shift having second shift off and came back in and work the third /day double and came back in for third the next night so I didn't get my water in either. I did have at least 64 oz each day. Though and I am going to try and get more excercise this week to help counter act the extra calories.

I can imagine that it was an extremely stressful and a difficult weekend. I'm glad to hear that you are back on program and going to get more exercise. You'll be fine!

Hi Anita,

All that extra working is going to count as something! Don't worry, I'm sure you'll be okay ~ esp. with all the exercise that you do. Try to get in some extra water everyday.

Sorry you had a rough weekend! You are back OP and I am sure all your exercise you nornally do will help to keep you in line. Glad to have you back OP again! You can do this!!

Thanks Coco. The main problem is I'm just beat. I do seem to have more energy when I excercise though. Imagine, what we have been told all these years is true. LOL
