You can do this. Hang in there. At least you are starting again. Remember

the old saying you only fail if you quit trying. You are not quitting. You

are trying again.

Hi !

Don't feel bad about not being here and don't beat yourself up for

messing up your plan. Just pull yourself up by your boot straps and

get back on that horse. It's better to keep trying over and over and

over again, than not at all. One of these days you'll have to succeed

because the odds are definitely in your favor when you don't give up!

Keep on re-starting. Tomorrow is you new official start date!

Hi everyone:

I haven't been here or read the posts in weeks. I left again--even

though I said I wouldn't. I keep saying I'm restarting--then I screw

up worse than before. I've gained ever MORE pounds in the last few

weeks. I'll know for sure when I go to weigh in tomorrow. I've

skipped the last 2 or 3 weeks. I'm going to bite the bullet and go

and make tomorrow my new re-start date.

I know you all are tired of hearing about my screw ups. These days I

screw up more than I stay on program--and I don't mean small

mistakes. I mean purposefully eating wrong and mass quanties of food.

I sure am tired of writing about it every time I turn around, so I

have to make it better this time. That's the only way I can stop

writing it--right? lol

Congrats to all of you who have lost in the passed few weeks and to

any who haven't don't give up. I'm sorry I haven't been here to

support you. I just felt like I was too messed up to participate.

I'm so happy to 'see' you here. I have to put a stop to this madness

before I keep messing around and gain all my weight back. I think

I've gained back like 43 or something. Can't even believe I'm having

to type that. Can't believe I let it happen, but all I can do is go

on from here and try to cut way down on my screw ups.

I'm glad to be back. I don't know why I keep leaving. I always feel

better when I come back and connect with my friends. Guess I was

having fun eating everything I could find and didn't want to face it.

Oh well, I have to move forward from here.

but I'm glad to be back. I've just had so many screw ups lately and

No one is going to be tired of your talking about your "screw-ups" ~ but, maybe you're the one who's tired of them. If you're purposefully eating wrong, maybe there's something else going on that you need to address. Losing weight is hard ... but, much harder when there's some kind of emotional road block in the way. We're all here for you .. remember that! Before trying to starve yourself, try to figure out what's going on to make this so difficult for you. If I can do anything to help, I'll be more than happy.

Yup , you do need to put a stop to screw ups. So do I. But don't forget, we need you as much as you need us. It's "our" weight loss journey, and you are a part of this group!

I went to my weigh in today after 3 weeks. I've gained 7.4 from the

last weigh in. I was expecting that. Now I just have to go from here.
