Just take it whenever. It is not important to take it on an empty

stomach. If you check into it more you will find VRP also tells you

to take it incorrectly in other particulars.

There are many. Dump it on a spoom with a little yoghurt or

applesauce or whatever, put more on top, and eat it. This works

pretty well.

It is OK to mix it with a stainless spoon - the contact time is short.
