Hi Jon,

I'm sorry about your weigh in results ... but, I'm glad that you're getting back on the wagon!

Ugh, I don't like my starting weight!!!

Okay, I guess if I expected to like it, I wouldn't have needed to re-join. But I'm starting at 284.7. Last time I did WW I was at 278, so I've put back on the 30 lbs I lost plus a few extra. Yikes!!! Well, here we go, eating healthy today then counting points tomorrow!!!Jon

Sorry to hear you gained the weight back, Jon, but I'm so glad you are back on track! About 13 yrs ago I lost 30 lbs - looked and felt better than I ever had before. Well...... my life got extremely stressful and I didn't concentrate on my weight (or health). Not only did I gain back that 30 lbs but about 40 lbs more than that! That's where I am now. YIKES! I'm so glad you didn't stay away for 13 years like I did! Now I'm in the worst shape ever. I'm older and may be wiser, but my metabolism needs CPR. lol!

Hang in there Jon! We can all do this together!

Thanks Kim. Part of the credit for my motivation goes to this group. Wow, I walked in to 108 messages (haven't touched the PC since Friday afternoon, and it's now 11pm Sunday). Moving was the best thing that ever happened here!!!

Lot's o' people talking, gotta love it!!
