Hello to everybody,

We are now 33 weeks along with partially septate uterus (quick recap ->

stillborn @ 22w3d due to septum -> ~1/3 of septum resected -> ongoing

pregnancy). Cervix has not been shortening anymore, it stopped at 3

centimeters.

At 31 weeks the baby weighed (or so the u/s estimated) 1600 grams and now

at 33 weeks it was 1750 grams. Bit on the slow side the growth, I

think. My wife has been experiencing strange pains in the upper abdomen,

below the ribcage (?). We are now wondering if it is just the pregnancy -

or something to do with gall bladder etc.. Waiting for test results of the

liver values (?)...

But I guess that even a slight repair of septate uterus can lead to great

result. ;)

Best regards,

Marko

Dear MArco ...

So glad to hear you and yours are doing well. I know some women have

complained about rib pain and ultrasound showed baby's head tuck up,

pressing against the rib cage. I don't believe it was anything more

than painful (not a dangerous thing) although it is always safer to

check. Congrats!

I was going to say something like that too...about the pain maybe being from the

baby pushing into the ribs. Congratulations on getting a little further each

day!!
