Guest guest Posted July 1, 2006 Report Share Posted July 1, 2006 Hi everyone. I have a question in regard to having a minimal appitite. I have had very little hunger the last few days. WHile i am glad that i am not over eating , I am non-the-less worried about my metabolism slowing down. I know that our bodies should balance us out an di may be hungry again soon but i do not want to do any dmage in the mean time. I really do not want anything, so i do not want to feel gross if i do eat. Any suggestions? Has anyone been told in any books or in IE counseling about drinking watered down juice?
