Another protein source is peanut butter. I am a vegetarian and I ate

tons. Just make sure it is the plain unsalted kind. Most large

supermarkets have it, but it is often hidden away on a bottom shelf.

It is great as a dip for fruits and veggies, or on unsalted matzos.

Although I must admit, after awhile, the " great " changes to

" serviceable. " It is difficult to find complete protein on a veggie

LID. But as someone said previously, a couple of weeks of fractured

protein should be no big deal. I will say that I craved cheese and

yogurt, as those are my big sources of complete protein, along with

soy. I ate cheese til I thought I would burst the day I went off my

LID.
