Guest guest Posted May 31, 2002 Report Share Posted May 31, 2002 The splint didn't hurt at all coming off. My surgeon simply cut the wires the tied it on and it was pulled out. I felt a bit of stretching as he had to reach the wires farthest back, but it wasn't uncomfortable at all. Good luck!
