I thought that I would tell all of you just how much this list has

helped me. I've been yo-yoing lately. Not sure why until I read some

posts. It seems that my body has been telling me it likes where I'm at

now. I don't! I was at this weight for years, years ago. My body

remembered. (Didn't know it had such a looong memory)! Well, what I did,

was eat at the high end of my points most days. 18-23 is my range.

Anyway, and with my 3 exercises points brought me back to the middle-low

end of it on most days. I ended up loosing 1.8 pounds. This is my lowest

with a total of 40.8 pounds gone. I've been here before. But this is the

last time I will be, if I can help it. Thanks again for all the good

advice I'm been reading. It does help. More than you know.

Congrats to all the losers. Love that word!
