I did not do any exercise and I did not eat totally OP so I guess it is a good thing. I am tired of weighing this much so I need to get going and get OP. I have been feeling very down this week and unable to pinpoint why (other than my weight) so I just kinda rolled with the week. I am back reading my Dr. Phil book again and I am going to Journal this week on WW. Also plan on starting back to exercise. My coughing is 90% gone so I think I can start now. Also, how do you like the Dr. Phil book? I'm assuming it's the losing weight one, right? I recently got that one but haven't read it yet. My Weigh In I maintained this week. I am where you are tired of weighing this much and not being able to get over the stinking hump. Sooner or later though, we will get there.I am glad to hear that you are starting to feel better. Helps you to get at why you over eat, and breaking the cycle. I feel like I just can't catch up with all the every-day things that need to be done - I don't know when I'll be able to read it. *sigh* Glad you are enjoying it though!
