Guest guest Posted October 17, 2001 Report Share Posted October 17, 2001 Vitalaxin Study: Call for Female Fibromyalgia Patients ---------------------------------------- The University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Division of Orofacial Pain and TMD, is conducting a study to determine the efficacy of the hormone relaxin for treatment of Fibromyalgia. Women with Fibromyalgia between the ages of 18-65 are being recruited to participate in a randomized 12-week clinical trial of relaxin in reducing the symptoms of Fibromyalgia. The study will be conducted by Dr. Francisco Alencar and will involve a screening evaluation and four visits. Qualified participants will be compensated. For screening, please call Patt Carlson at .
