Guest guest Posted February 10, 2003 Report Share Posted February 10, 2003 Now, I am trying not to whine, and believe me I am trying to just move on no guilt yada yada yada... But the last two weeks I have been to the gym at least 3 times and done some other form of excercise at least 2 of the other days. Last week I weighed in up 2.2, but wasn't overly concerned because I had had a huge loss the week before when I was sick, so I figured it was probably best, plus my body's response to exercise. This past week when I weighed in I had gained 4 POUNDS!!! 6.2 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I don t see how this could be all muscle gain, but this seems to be really since I really started hitting it hard at the gym. If I didn't feel so great after working out I would probably quit! The other thing I noticed is since I started taking the Depo Provera shot in June I have really struggled and have a net gain of 10 pounds. Before taking the shot I was loosing an average of 1.35 pounds a week. So, I have talked to my doctor about changing my BC and I am due for a shot on March 5th, so I will not be getting that shot. Any other words of wisdom? Especially from you excercisers? Semalee Either you are in control, or you are being controlled.
