Hi everyone ... I ate just once yesterday is that really okay or

should I be eating more ??? I had some personal and professional

issues to deal with and couldn't remember where I left off in the book

so I'm starting it over. I have about 75-100lbs to lose and I have

been overweight since I was a child and I was thinking could this be

one reason all of my diets have failed because I have never been at a

healthy weight and don't know what healthy is for me.
