You are amazing. I have only been awake about 1/2 an hour, and I am still on my first cup of coffee. The only water I've even seen today was when I brushed my teeth!!

Hi all I have a question about water. I know that you are not suppose to count your coffee in the water, however, if I drink decaffinatead tea would that count as water or not? Thanks so much...Jill

You can count decaf beverages as half your water and half has to be

plain water.

Its 3 pm and I've already had 72 oz, but to be fair I am working midnights this week and got 32 in before 4 am.
