Guest guest
Just wanted to say that I checked the scales after a month and found that I am 4 pounds lighter. I have enjoyed a variety of food that I love to eat, for instance, chocolate pudding for breakfast. It isn’t always easy but I think IE is the right way to go. Vicki P. Guest guest
Congratulations Vicki, I have lost a little bit in the month and a half that I have been doing IE, but I am struggling a little with stopping when I am just full. I have only eaten to the point of being sick once since I started, but I have eaten past the point of just being full. I think it's my brain arguing with my stomach on the fact that such a little amount of food could really be enough. And then there is the whole part about it just tasting so darn good that I don't want to stop. I still have some work to do on this but congrats to everyone who is loosing! Guest guest
Congratulations Vicki!! I too continue to have tough times with IE but I KNOW it's the way to go. I am so free from food and it has lifted such a burden from me I can conentrate on all my other ones! LOL My losing has slowed down quite a bit though. I think I'm going to print out the scale though and start using that each time before I eat for a while and become hypersensitive to how hungry I am. Just for a while anyway and see if that helps. Keep going! Sullivan wrote: Congratulations Vicki, I have lost a little bit in the month and a half that I have been doing IE, but I am struggling a little with stopping when I am just full. Guest guest
If your brain is telling your body that that cna't be enough, then you can always tell it you will give it more food if you are hungry. Even if that's 10 minutes later. I've found that my eating too much because the food tastes so good problem decreased by about 99% when I started allowing myself to eat whatever I wanted every single day. There was no reason to stuff myself with it anymore because I could have some more later that day or tomorrow.
