Guest guest Posted March 9, 2004 Report Share Posted March 9, 2004 Kim, Great job getting back into exercise ... every little big helps! ~ Babette ~ Recommiting myself Since tax season started, I haven't really been able to stick to the plan. Because of my schedual I haven't been able to work out as much as I want/need too. I have been able to stick on plan for the most part with my eating but haven't really been loosing just staying the same which is good. BUT I want to loose weight not stay the same. LOL We are going to Vegas for our 10 year anniversary (which is this month) in August And I would love to be down to 150 by then! What a treat that would be. However that is still 60 pounds away! So I really have to get busy to get this off! So now I am back to working out at least 4 days a week and my neighbor and I have started walking. We walked a mile yesterday and the day before and are working our way up. Not too bad. I am actually going to be able to go to a WW meeting today. Wish me luck.............. I knew that I was on a plateau when I quit going and I am totally convinced now. LOL I lost all of 1.6 pounds since Jan 13th! Course it didn't hurt me not working out and what have you either so I can't complain too much. However I want those darn scales to move DOWN.
