Recommiting myself

Since tax season started, I haven't really been able to stick to the plan. Because of my schedual I haven't been able to work out as much as I want/need too. I have been able to stick on plan for the most part with my eating but haven't really been loosing just staying the same which is good. BUT I want to loose weight not stay the same. LOL We are going to Vegas for our 10 year anniversary (which is this month) in August And I would love to be down to 150 by then! What a treat that would be. However that is still 60 pounds away! So I really have to get busy to get this off!

So now I am back to working out at least 4 days a week and my neighbor and I have started walking. We walked a mile yesterday and the day before and are working our way up. Not too bad. I am actually going to be able to go to a WW meeting today. Wish me luck..............

Glad you are back and able to exercise again, that should get the scale moving again. Happy Anniversary! What a perfect time to recommit yourself and lose those extra pounds. YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Hope your WI goes well today! Keep us posted.

Well the weigh in wasn't too great Pooh, but I am ok with it. I knew that I was on a plateau when I quit going and I am totally convinced now. LOL I lost all of 1.6 pounds since Jan 13th! Course it didn't hurt me not working out and what have you either so I can't complain too much. However I want those darn scales to move DOWN. LOLKim

You still had a loss. 1.6 is great! You are back on plan and that is what matters. Now the scale will move better for you. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

Hey Kim! 1.6 pounds is still a loss and you should be happy ~ esp. if you really haven't been on program. I say congratulations are in order!! :)

Kim,

A loss is great, considering how busy you've been with no time to really work at it! You should be very proud!!

I am happy Donna, but I want this weight to go away. LOL I have been at the same weight since Dec. It's time for it to say good bye forever! Kim

1.6 loss is good. If it had been me it would have been a 10 lb gain at least. Good Job.
