I would be on the phone to the bus company. I know over here they have to

wait till it is the time that they said they were coming. Then they have 2 1/2

minutes to wait after that.

But I am always ready because 's bus comes at 8:20 and I wish it would come

earlier.

...call again and threaten Congressional Action. Make sure you know the name

of your local congressman. ALL kids, especially ESE, have a legal right to be

picked up by the bus within a REASONABLE time of their " quoted " pickup time.

This means that Kailey's bus should be no more than 10 MINUTES early or later

than their quoted pickup time. When you call, tell the bus people that you want

Kailey's bus schedule in WRITING, and that if the schedule is not followed, you

will take action for the trauma and stres that they are placing on poor Kailey.

I'm sorry, she's 7. I didn't even have to get up that early for high school. She

still needs 10-12 hours of sleep a night, and putting her to bed at 6 pm,

because the bus company can't get their s & $* together is not an acceptable

solution. Their lack of regard for the schedule THEY set is affecting Kailey's

health, and you can take them to court for that, if necessary.

You mean your 7:10-7:25 bus????? I would have called the bus company

and just bitched them out til they sent a bus back. That is

absolutely ridiculous. I would also call the school and bitch them

out since they work hand in hand with the bus co and have a little

more pull.
