Hi, I am not Andy but I think he would say not to wait

to bring calcium levels up but to start chelation as

soon as you can. Vicky

We just received our Element analysis (MetaMetrix) on our 5yr son. Results

show HIGH Ca(not indicator of nutritional status of Ca when measured in

erythrocyte but " has been assoc. w/ hypertension),LOW mg,LOW zinc and other

trace minerals low/normal...we've been supplementing these for over a

year....these measures were done before 1st round of metals- detox. I

really wonder what the measures are going to be on the post metals-detox

measure?!

I realize that the body burden of mercury & /or other metals decreases the

ability of the body to properly process these elements...I'm just wondering

how much is his body benefiting from the $$ of supplements we put into it

each day. Even a little help is worth the $$ but I have questions as to how

even our doctors know how to dose these kids? As a small example, we were

giving our son 50mg/Zinc 2X/day for 2 months prior to this measure. His

Zinc measured 3.5 with ref. being 6.0-11.0?!? Any input?

Re: [ ] low calcium - okay to Chelate now, Andy?

Hi ,

Speaking purely anecdotally, my calcium level went from very elevated

(about twice the high end of ref range)

(on test at beginning of chelation) to ***normal*** (on test after

several months of chelation). Other elements also mostly normalized.

The most abnormal value (on the later test) was lithium (extremely

low)-- a couple in the yellow zone (low or high). The counting

rules say I have NORMAL mineral transport (on later test).

I don't think this is conclusive of anything much, but it sure

seems incouraging :)
