use of members' e-mail addresses

It has come to my attention that a thyca member is taking addresses off this

list and is mailing jokes to other thyca members (some 30 folks at last

count).

This practice is not encouraged, even for something as " innocent " as

forwarding jokes to others (especially if members have not specifically

asked to included on someone's " joke list " ).

We all get dozens of e-mails every day (many which come from this list).

Please respect the other members here---this list may not be used to build

up an address book for non-thyca purposes.

Failure to keep this in mind may result in being banned from this list.

Sorry to sound so heavy-handed, but we care about how our members' e-mail

addresses are used (or are possibly misused).
