Guest guest
Sorry Mike i'll work on that. It's just one of those things to work in the office on a slow day and try to type, talk on the phone, and talk to people in the office all at the same time... Guest guest
Tom, I believe that your decision not to file a complaint has been the best decision you have made since this topic hit the listserv. For future reference, do not attempt to get patient refusals or any other patient confidential information from any patient in the North Channel district without prior permission from North Channel EMS. I don't know how the other services feel, but that is our stance. As I stated in my previous response, you must have an agreement with the local EMS agency before acting as a first responder organization within that district. Thank you for your cooperation and this letter will be forwarded to other EMS agencies. Tim Payne LIC-P

How is that unprofessional ? I simply asked a question. Christy Re: Police refuse to allow medics gain patient > refusals > > > I would be curious to know which EMS agency you were representing.
