This will provide your organization the opportunity to obtain information to assist you in the purchase of registry software and hardware products with the TRAC-IT allocated funds. At the request of the RACs and EMS and hospital representatives, TDH has scheduled a Vendor's Expo. The purpose of the Expo is to provide interested parties with information about registry software and hardware products to assist them in making the most cost effective and functional purchases. Through funds allocated with TRAC-IT project monies, the Texas Department of Health is providing the Regional Advisory Councils with the resources needed to purchase registry software and hardware products for the EMS provider and hospital in their region. Each vendor will provide a brief (20 minute) power point presentation related to his or her product (a schedule will be provided at the expo). Rooms will be available for viewing software and hardware products, visiting individually with the vendors, and negotiation of purchase agreements. Please complete the following step if your organization plans to participate in this Vendors Expo. Due to limited seating we recommend that each RAC solicit up to 4 representatives to attend the Expo inclusive of the following: RAC representative, Computer hardware/software technical person, EMS provider, and Hospital provider.
