The appeals board has the letter....they wrote us and asked us if we had anything relative to the subject that we are welcome to share...so we are sending that psych eval and russ's sleep apnea tests that are a few years old..but he had severe apnea then....and its worse now...so that should help clench it...lets all keep our collective fingers crossed!
