Pretty much game for anything if we can get some walking in Sounds good

and being the resident newbie to the area it all sounds interesting to me!

Hello all

I have an idea! (no wise cracks blondie). For our next get together

how about Marina Bay in Quincy. It will give the people on the South

shore a break and I love it there. Haven't been for a couple of

years, but I used to love it. There are all kinds of little shops

and

restaurants. Now that the nice weather is here. We will have to

have

a back up plan in case of rain. What do ya think guys and gals. Let

me know.

What a great idea, yes we didnt get to socialize with everybody. How about a state park or something. I know of one in new hampshire, but nothing down south any suggestions. I would like to try to make plans for early may, come june there are weddings and graduations and such

I have a suggestion. Maybe Keasarge Mt. in Warner NH. It is a bit up

here for most of you guys though so I'm not sure how you all feel about

that?? It's a really nice place. You drive up about 1/2 of the Mt.

Then their is a parking area and picnic tables, the view is wonderful,

and if you want you can walk up the rest of the Mt. to the top witch is

about 1/4 mile (I think). On a clear day it's just breath taking. The

whole place is great for pictures. Pam 320/227/170

...That sounds like a terrific idea. My sister and her family love

Castle Island and picnic a lot over there. I've always wanted to and now I

can...love the idea of hanging out during day, chatting, walking and

picnicking...great way to share with the group. Annie

Hey Guys... In South Boston we have Castle Island. Its is kind o f a parky type thing...big hill covered in grass surounded by Boston Harborwith an old army fort on top. There is a playground there for the kids and if anybody wants to walk around the walk track Its either 2 or 3 miles around. Its a really nice walk all by the ocean. We could do a picnic there in May..........

I vote we make our party coordinator! Great idea South Boston sounds fine to me. Just let me know when

Hey all,

If we really want to be on the south-side, there’s always World’s End in

Hingham. It’s an incredibly beautiful seaside peninsula of grassy rolling hills,

walking paths, and rocky beach.

I liked the Castle Island idea as well!

yes alice i am definately having nightmares and dreams about it i dreamed

that i woke up from surgery and was skinny silly huh i am also ascared i

also got a page sent to me about the entire apron surgery and pictures of it

and everything and dam that bugged me out i hope i will get through this

surgery ok and after it jeanie

Do you have a PS Plus up your way? If so, they carry larger sizes...that's where I got my things in the past...a bit pricey, but excellent quality, otherwise most hospitals have the x-large johnnies.

thought doing some thing out in the Worcester area for a get

together? it is a bit hare for me to get out on the weekends. there

is a lot to do uout here for fun. if any one will like to do

something let me know.

Hi

I am also from the Worcester area and it would be pretty neat to meet people

out here as well. The Yankee Candle place is about 25 minutes west from

Worcester if you take the Pike. It's HUGE and there is such a variety...of

course it is packed all the time. There are some nice places in and around

Worcester so if everyone wants to plan an outing for out here during the next

few months, let us Worcester area residents know and we can toss out some

suggestions!

We can do that .. its just a matter of what & when

In fact I think we have so many possibilities of ideas going around right

now that we should form a sort of social committee .. anyone interested in

planning, ie finding locations, making reservations, planning, etc, right

down to the nitty gritty things .. email me lyssais@... - if we can

sort of pre-plan some tentative ideas we can then better map out locations

to make sure we're spreading it around the New England area to increase the

odds of getting everyone out at some point ... plus it would be nice to put

up on our calendar so people can look ahead and make some plans .. to join

in on the activities.
