Hi Georgi, I have been on the 'patch' for over a year now. I put on a patch

called DURAGESIC, and change it every 72 hours, there-by a less chance of

forgetting it. plus it does away with the ups and downs effect (drug kicks

in,hours later starts to wear off, take another pill, drug kicks in,wears

off, anotherpill...aw you get the idea. I've been really happy with this, as

I am a forgetter anyway. -

The time will pass anyway, and you'll be none the wiser for it.

Hi ,

How strong is the patch? The reason I ask is I have 4 small

children... my oldest is 10 and my youngest is 1.5, I HAVE to

function ALL day.. I don't have a choice..no naps for this mommie,

even if I don't sleep all night... It makes for some VERY long days,

sometimes. I am kinda afraid to go on anythng very strong because if

it knocks me out, or even makes me very fuzzy, my children will

suffer.

There are no easy answers for me eh? LOL

If it really is not that strong.. it sounds wonderful!!!

Hi Georgi, The duregesic patch comes in strengths of 25mcg/h,50mcg/h,

75mcg/h, and 100mcg/h. which strength is right for you would be between you

and your doc, but I am very satisfied with the way the patch works.I myself

had very little trouble with drowsyness from them in the begining, and I

don't have to think about it for three days. - p.s.; I am now up to

75mcg/h
