Guest guest
No Betty must have misunderstood me...We are going to a San Chapter. That is far enough, don't you think? HAHA! It is the chapter that my niece belongs to. We started it 2 years ago, a few months after I became Area Captain. They are really serious about weight loss. Now if and I can get serious maybe they won't kick us out! Just kidding! They have all been very supportive of us, knowing that we both have been struggling all this past year! Can't wait to hear how you both do tomorrow night! I'll be thinking of you! Elaine Hi Hi Elaine, my last name is . Betty said you & are going to the chapter in Sequin now. What night do you'll meet there? Hope you both have a good weigh in also this week. How do you think you did on your first week Melody? Hope you had a good one. I didn't do good last week, had a gain. I am hoping I will do better tomorrow. It feels so good for our club to be growing again, in people that is. Ha. It always gives us so much more support when we get new members. Well I need to get busy & get some work done around the house. I hope to see you tomorrow Melody at our meeting. And hope you both have a really Great Week. We can do it. Talk with you later. Your Tops Pal, Sandy

Guest guest
Sandy, Missed you at the meeting Tuesday. Sorry to hear you were not feeling well. I thought I'd just surprise everyone, including you, with pop up, unofficial visit..Actually...I had forgoten to bring a form for Betty to sign the previous week...so I brought it to Betty and asked her if I could stay. She is such a sweetie and graciously consented. I had so much fun at your chapter's Birthday party! Really did enjoy the meeting Tuesday too. I was in bad need of TOPS fellowship since I didn't get to go to our chapter last week...We were out of town. Well you take care of yourself...and when you get to feeling better, give me a call...I'd like to know more about Fibromyalgia...I think I have it...but I have never been diagnosed with it...I'll tell you more when we talk... Call me sometime when you have time. Hey wonder where Melody is??? Hey Melody...where art thou???? Hugs, Elaine Hi Hi Elaine & Melody, Congratulations on your loss this week Melody. I am so proud of you. Keep up the great job. And thank you Elaine for the cute e-mail. Your support helps so much. And I am so glad to hear that you & have been doing so good this week. I know you both will have a good loss Saturday. Hang in there. We all know how hard it is to lose the weight but I know we can and will do it. I am so inspired by you & on how well you both have done and how much weight you both have lost already. You can do it we just can't give up & have to keep taking one day at a time & keep on taking off pounds sensibly. Hope you both have a Great Week. Keep in touch. Guest guest
Hi, Jeni~ Congrats on the news baby and congrats on your pre-SBD work! It's hard weeding out some of the stuff we've been raised with and grown to love, but it sounds like you have a good start. As to whether you can start the South Beach Diet while your breastfeeding, I would recommend that you ask your doctor.. maybe during one of those baby checkups? Even though that's probably a pediatrician, it does involve the health of your baby, so he or she should be able to give you some advice or direction. In the meantime keep up the good work. ~Sharon > Hi, > > I'm Jeni and my Dh wants to begin the SOuth Beach Diet. I would love > to as well but I'm breastfeeding. Guest guest
I think for many the holidays are a major hurdle and that is why we see so many January 1 resolutions about eating better. If you think you are courting failure by trying to do the SBD and the holidays, why not wait. The SBD will be ready for you when you come to it. In the meantime, try to enjoy the turkey and salads and take it easy on the starches and sugars. Happy Holidays and good luck to you. Guest guest
I'm not sure what's going on. That's my email address, but I haven't sent out any attachments to anyone in over two weeks. I haven't ever sent out any attachments to this list. I also got something from my email server stating that the mailing server would be temperarory unavailable for the next 2 days and sent me acouple of attachments to open up to download a forwarding mail server. I didn't open those up either. I'm not very trustworthy but I think someone is hacking my computer or something. I'm going to have it checked out. Guest guest
this looks like one of those obnoxious spoofing worms or viruses. Guest guest
That's what I figured as well but I told my husband about it when he got home. He said the same thing. Someone on this list has one of those worms or viruses and they need to do some checking into their computer. I'm just glad it's not MY computer.
