Any help on this one would be much appreciated. The doctor quite

clearly says a F or PH sound at the beginning and there is no other

sounds I can pick out besides what I've written here:

Patient was diagnosed by PCP today as having S/L *fubitis* because of

a muscle strain in the lower right ovarian regions; she had a pelvic

ultrasound 1/25/01 and it was WNL.

Also, on the same patient, the doc says a med S/L *Vioxin*. It looks

very familiar to me but I am not being able to document it. She

doesn't say what it is for either. TIA!!
