But we have had a wet summer. The last I heard was that our monsoon season is the second wettest ever. Now I hear that the Old Farmer's Almanac says there will be a very cold winter coast to coast. As far as torturing the school kids goes... let me tell you my story. I remember walking home from school when I was in 4th grade and the temp was 110. That was the last week in September! lol Will you get any rain from the hurricane hitting the west Mexico coast? Maybe a little cooling would be nice, hey? love to all who suffer from the heat..... Driving and arriving on October 18th (okay, maybe the date was a few days earlier, only a few, but I'm remembering the 18th lol) and it was a chilly 110º. Ahhh, home. We moved the next year to Berkeley! Any marriage that can sur vive THAT--well either the man and the woman are both in heat prostration, or lack the strength to argue! I can get teary for 2.5 seconds, and that is it! My sister was bi-polar, and in agony from early childhood. I hope that you find medica tion and things in life that will make you feel better, love to all on our list coping with this. I THINK I was once depressed for about two hours: send out 165 job applications, got new job, sold house, moved adult child (the last one) onto new career, and MOVED. Now, if I could just take a pinch of whatever MOVES me (and I am NOT MANIC) and give it to all who are depressed, I would have done so anyway. On the otherhand, no one even WANTS all the medical conditions that I have in exchange. How about I meditate for you? Deal?
