Disney had gotten downright rude in recent years. Their policies are sporadically enforced. I actually got accused of lying by one of the guest service people at Animal Kingdom two years ago. I finally asked her to sign a liability release just in case my oldest son ended up injured or injuring someone else as a result of their failure to accommodate him for his disability. They eventually coughed up the pass, but half the staff did not know how to deal with the thing. The Disney Travel Agent who booked the trip for us lied to us about everything--he insisted handicapped passes could be produced at check in. That was the first lie on that trip.... We left the parks much earlier than I would have expected. I know others have had good experiences, but It was the worst vacation of my life. That week cost us a small fortune. We spent the next week at Universal. Awesome time.
