Stay on track so you'll feel great again next week when you have another loss. You'll find out the more "fun " things you do in Tops the better you'll like Tops. You'll meet lot's more people and the things like workshops and fun days will be a lot more fun. My goals for this week are to begin a regular exercise routine, and to earn my 10 lb charm. Just got the information on the Luau in Lubbock today. Not sure if anyone here is also in the same area (Coordinator - Mona Spencer), but if you are, I hope to see you there on September 25! This will be the first event for me to attend outside of regular meetings, so I am extra excited.
