I was DX with celiac disease and once I got through my protocol of fasting and

cleansing out the gut and organs it healed up my gut. Not only dairy and gluten

problem I was having, I even started becoming allergic to broccoli and other

healthy items, at the rate I was going I was starting to envision living like

the " Boy in Plastic Bubble " (remember that movie) we were going to start having

a lot in common.

As Dr. said " When you are allergic to something, it just means

you need more of it! "

I never could understand that statement, when I heard that, my immediate

thought was, BUT!BUT! I would be a mess! I was numb from head to toe and painful

numbness at that , I could hardly walk because of the pain and if I didn't know

what know now, I can see why people used Dr. Corvorkine (S?). If I had to live

like that, I wouldn't. The pain was beyond belief, I could deal with the loss of

sight, tingling, loss of control of limbs but the pain was unbearable, I

couldn't even have the sheets touch my feet.

Once I finished the 37 day fast, when I continued to eat I continued to heal.

That's when I now understood what Dr was talking about. The blockage

especially from my colon was not allowing the nutrients to absorb, I was only

receiving 7-8% and that is being generous! When I continue on with eating even

the things that were dealing me a fit in the past now they were healing me. My

gut was no longer torn up from the candida which allows food particles to enter

through the gut into the bloodstream and that starts your allergic reaction

while the antibodies are trying to fight those foreign particles off.

Through dedication and perseverance I conquered it all, if anyone wants help

with this protocol I can help you!

Hi ,

I'm wondering if you know of any kind of " modified " fasting protocol

for someone like me. I'm a single mom with a 5yo and 3yo, and I work

7 days a week. Last year, when I tried to fast just as a general

cleansing (before MS was in the picture), I quickly got run-down and

caught a cold. I just don't have the schedule that allows for slowing

down and resting as much as a " real " fast demands. Thanks for any

info you might have!

Where do I find out about this 37 day fast? And why would I need it? I'm a 52

year old male, was diagnosed with M.S. in '04. I was on Rebif, but I stopped

last week. It's not really helping as far as I can tell.

Thanks,

Pete

I believe the Lyme damages the intestines and then the yeast thrives due to the

damaged immune system as well as the damaged central nervous system. When the

pathogin is removed or kept in a dormant state the rest heals, including the

yeast overgroath. When yeast proliferates it is due to weak or damadged cells.

Basicaly the yeast is cleaning up. ...RP

What fasting does for you, it gives your body a break. It takes 60% of your

energy to break down food, when there isn't solid food to break down, that

energy will go where it is needed. It also allows you to really cleanse out

those organs much faster to bring you more health so your body will be able to

absorb and assimilate the food that you consume. Most intestinal track are so

gunk-ed up with mouscous and old fecal matter from YEARS ago and keep adding on

to where your only penetrating maybe under 10% of your nutrients if your lucky,

this is where we end up so darn sick. Nutrients is your healer, its the

nutrients that are natural and right under your own fig tree (meaning fresh and

local) Organic too! There is something that you have to have to follow this

protocol and that would be dedication and perseverance! there is no cost to

that. The other thing with this protocol you don't have to be educated,

non-educated,rich or poor it is meant for all.

Sometimes on a fast as someone just said it there maybe herx that will happen

when you are have a cleansing crisis, but really that is short live. Generally

on a fast I have more energy then normal, I might hit a few lows but I bounce

right back up, better then ever.

#1 even preparing for a fast or while your on a fast you must get your colon

moving, that and following a mucousless diet until you reach healing then

gradually add things back that your body needs.

Eat nothing, just drink it and drink as much as you like.

It is amazing you really don't get hungry if anything I would missed the habit

of the entertainment of food and the enjoyment of eating with others.

I know this is going to sound extremely strange but when I am on a fast I

cook for an army and I don't stop. I make sure everyone is eating.

What really tremendously helped me on the 37 day fast was the PowerGrab

formula as it bulks up as it is doing its job in your system, gives the full

feeling and you really do feel that way plus it is nutritious as well.
