Thanks Alison :o)!!!!!! Yes, I've finally gotten back on track to get rid of

this last remaining flab.

In high school, I was 125 and a 9/10. I was active in dance and gymnastics,

so the metabolism was always going. Then I went off to college, not active

in anything and gained the " freshman 15 and then some " . Then went into the

" real world " and not being able to find something that I liked that would

keep me active, I gained more weight. Even though I had a tape of a dance

recital we did in high school, I still couldn't get into that often enough to

workout. So over the years I ended up gaining 116.6 pounds.

I would watch infomercials and see all these things that looked like fun, but

never did them. *If* I did them a total of 3 times, that would be of been a

miracle. Then in August 1998, I found the one infomercial, that ended up

changing my life.

I was up late, channel surfing and landed on the Tae-Bo infomercials. My

brothers were into Bruce Lee and all, so martial arts was interesting to me.

But because of my failed attempts before, I kept putting off ordering the

tapes. Everytime I would see the infomercial, I would keep watching and be

inspired by the people. Then finally in February 1999, I ordered the tapes

and haven't looked back since. I received the tapes on March 3, 1999, did

the Instructional when I got home from Bible Study. Then the next morning, I

got my lazy butt up at 5 am and did the basic. 3 months later (30 pounds

lighter), I went down to L.A. for tapings of the Live! workouts. Then 8

months later (1 week before my 1 year Tae-Bo-Versary), I was 75 pounds

lighter and ready for more tapings--this time for Tae-Bo TV. Then for the

last couple of years, I've been pretty much maintaining and dealing with

vacation/holiday pounds. But I'm going to finish where I left off and get

the rest off in 2003, for my 4 year Tae-Bo-Versary!!!!!!!

..

I generally go down to L.A. at least once a year and workout at his Studio.

I'm working on being able to go down at least twice a year. I'll be heading

back down around April again.

Gymmie in Cali :o)!!!!!!!!!
