Guest guest
O.K.- sorry guys! I am going to half-way answer my own question. Kirkman's " Di-Sulfhydryl " DMSA says in the ingredients list that it contains " Dimercapto succinic acid " . SO....VRP and Kirkman both contain the same thing. However, the VRP bottle stills says that it only contains 65mg succinic acid (for 100mg). Is this typical of all DMSA or do I dose diff.? --- michelle coughlin <markcoughlinmin@...> wrote: > Hi! Somewhere (sorry, I don't have the post # darn it) Andy wrote about this--- the wording thing is part of a dance that VRP has to do to sell DMSA as a supplement. Even though it says 65 mg, treat it like 100 mg. It is the same amount as a 100 mg Rx DMSA. I can't explain why! If necessary I *may* be able to find Andy's post-- am trying to think what words he used (to find a unique search string!) Moria
Guest guest
In order for it to be a nutritional supplement it is labeled in a confusing manner. It contains DMSA equivalent to 65 mg of succinic acid. 100 mg of DMSA is equivalent to 65 mg of succinic acid. The capsule actually does contain 100 mg of DMSA. Andy > > O.K.- sorry guys!
