Guest guest Posted May 2, 2000 Report Share Posted May 2, 2000 Hi friends.... we are preparing to go to war with Prudential HMO over hearing aids for both my 5 year old daughter and 18 month old son. I'm looking for some advice hear on who we should direct our letters, calls etc. to. We are using Barbara's awesome letter, as well as some other correspondence as well. I guess my question is, do we try and get a case manager assigned first, or what? We need a nudge in the right general direction so we know who to blast out of the water!
