Danette,

I use the patch on my knee and it doesn't go on

smooth at all. I find I'm better having my knee

straight when I put the patch on and keeping it

straight for a good five minutes or so. It stays on

pretty good but once in awhile it just won't. I'd try

some kind of tape but know it'll hurt like crazy to

pull it off.

Wish I knew what could help you.

Tracey, thanks for the help with the patches.

I don't know what to do anymore. Their just not working....

I can't get them to stay on my neck or back (for my TMJ/RSD) and they fall

off my leg.

I'm calling the doctor tomorrow.

Thanks for letting me vent everyone.

Love and Prayers

Danette

Hi Danette,

I always wait until I am completely dry. Not right after the shower.

IF they still don't stay on I wear knee sock to keep it in place (I wear them

on my calf mostly)

I don't use tape, but I guess you could.

Hugs and a pain free minute,

Deb

I don't know if this will work for you but it does for me when i sleep i use

an old nylaan (panty hose) to keep it from moving at night (i cut a piece

just big enough to fit over the spot to hold it. and when i take a show this

sounds crazy but i wrap that spot with saran wrap and it doesn't get wet then

after i switch patches i quickly was that area. Then put the new patch on.

so far so good. How many patches are you using some time I have to use 3 then

other I only use one. depends on the pain level ..... just an idea. amber

Ps hubby gave me the idea when he broke his arm they (dr)said not to get it

wet so we but a plastic bag over it and then he said why cant you wrap that

spot with saran wrap to keep it from getting wet . hubby are good sometimes

:)

Danette,

I'm seeing my doctor tomorrow and I'll ask her

about doing something to help the patches stay on.

I " ll let you know what she says, okay.
