Hi Guys,

Here's the question, what is 'Onederland' and 'twoterville'?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Take care,

Tammy

I too had this question when I first started here on the list. LOL!

Onederland is when you are in the 100's with your weight (which I hit

yesterday at 198) Twoterville is the 200's with your weight (which somedays

I never thought I would leave!!)

Congratulations!

I know the feeling I got to Onederland last week and also

survived Thanksgiving with a 2.4 loss, and " they " said it

couldn't be done.

Weigh in today

> I cannot believe my scale! If it didn't always tell me the

truth before I wouldn't. I am 198 pounds as of today. Down 3

pounds from last week, survived Thanksgiving (LOL), and I am in

ONE-DERLAND!!!!!! I am just walking on air this morning. I am now

down 17 pounds, in a new point range and just as happy as a pig

in mud :-) I am so excited I can't stop saying it!!!

Nope - it's real - and you deserve it!

I had a bit of a surprise myself, this week. I had to endure the dreaded

" Christmas Buffet " with my husband, and I was rather stupid in my planning.

Yes, I went in with 16 points in the bank and only 4 points eaten that day,

but we didn't eat until 8pm, and the dancing was... well... we DON'T do that

kind of music, so we kinda left <g>. I also made some good choices - tiny

portions of everything (about 1/2 cup), no added butter or sauce, and when I

got full eating my desert half way through - I sent the rest away! I could

never have done that 6 months ago! The final " damage " was 23 points - that

took 4 points from my bank.

Anyway, stepping on the scale the next morning was intimidating following a

3.5 point gain last week when I hadn't gone off program - but I stepped right

up there... and my loss so far this week (granted, my official weight isn't

until Monday, but I usually do a mid-week weight so this isn't unscheduled)

was over a 4 pound drop! HELLO? Yep, same clothes, same scale - and I've

lost over 4 pounds. Weird what a little eating can do for you. It's not

always the solution, but sometimes...

Okay, I'm getting ready to fix dinner - more veggies <g> with meat for

flavoring. I don't expect to get away with another Thursday night in the

near future ;)

WW to date: 171.4 / 141.5 / 140   (-29.9)

December Challenge: 145.8 / 141.5 / 137.0  (-4.3) First weigh-in after

Thanksgiving

December goal: -8.8 / 100 activity points (25/wk)

Current status: -4.3 / 5 activity points

Well, the day has just begun and I'm already running late.

With too many Irons in the fire and too much on my plate.

I'd be pulling out my hair if I could just get one had free,

And I'd stop the world if I could find the key!

What I see is telling me the worlds gone crazy.

But what is real says God's still on his throne.

What I need is to remember one thing:

That the Lord of the gentle breeze is Lord of the rough and tumble.

And He is the King of the jungle!
