At least you didn't gain that 7 lbs BEFORE you began working out. That might be a good indication that you jello muscles are firming up. I do understand about using exercise as an excuse for eating worse, but damnitall!!! Aren't you sick of feeling like you're still dieting? I am. But I know what i gotta do and figure I'd be dieting with or without WLS, but at least with WLS I can be a successful dieter. Yep, trying to convince myself here too, lol. Huggz to you Miss H.
