Hiya !!!

CRABBY BUTT!!! LOL... Back to basics is always good, but one thing to

consider is that your new workout routine is working. At least you

didn't gain that 7 lbs BEFORE you began working out. That might be a

good indication that you jello muscles are firming up.

I do understand about using exercise as an excuse for eating worse,

but damnitall!!! Aren't you sick of feeling like you're still

dieting? I am. But I know what i gotta do and figure I'd be dieting

with or without WLS, but at least with WLS I can be a successful

dieter.

Yep, trying to convince myself here too, lol.
