My son wouldn't take it orally, so I rub it on him (when he's asleep). We use unflavored Kirkman's brand; it really has very little odor. Good luck! Guest guest
As a vegan, I thought that taking flax and coconut would supply me with omega 3 fatty acid. However, now I read that it takes the enzyme delta 6 desaturase to convert to gamma linolenic acid ( GLA ). Infants 0-6 months don't make this enzyme and supposedly adults over 30 don't make it either. Also high carb diets, mercury and high ALA, produce low GLA production. Now, is this all true, and is there a supplement that has this enzyme in it ? Must I take cod liver oil ( CLO ) ? Yuk ! Moses.
