Guest guest Posted August 30, 2001 Report Share Posted August 30, 2001 Hi: My advice (...and I am a partner in one of the lead firms in the Vaccine Injury Alliance, so I will try not to be too biased) is check out the firms/lawyers experience in Vaccine related litigation and, ask whether or not they are first filing claims with the NVICP as a precursor to filing a civil action. I will not comment about the others, that would not be ethical. Also, visit the websites and talk to friends in the autism world you know and trust. Personnaly, I choose to associate myself with Eddie , Conway, Cliff Shoemaker and the others in the alliance for many reasons.
