Guest guest
WOW! WOW! Way to goal Janet! You are doing fabulous! Doesn't it feel great? Anytime you have a slip or a doubt in the future....remember this feeling you have right now losing 51 lbs. and getting into those size 18 pants. Remember the feeling because you will never want to lose that feeling! I think of how good I feel in size 34 pants and how good I thought I looked in my Wrangler when I was able to wear them on stage at SRD 1999! I remember that feeling and I want that feeling back sooooooooo bad! You have a great week and keep up the awesome work! We are so very proud of you! 1432, Spring -----Original Message-----From: Hamilton & Feeser Sent: Wednesday, April 28, 2004 12:02 AMTo: TexasTOPS Subject: Janet's weigh in Did y'all hear me ringing the bell tonight?? I lost 1.75 lbs and FINALLY got past that 50 pounds lost mark. I'm now officially down 51 lbs with TOPS.....took me 21 months to do it. 6 more pounds off and I'll be half-way to goal. While I'm tootin' my horn anyway..... Some of you might remember that I've been sulking about my size 22 jeans being too big, but not being able to get my big ol' tushie into any size 20's, well, about three weeks ago, I was finally able to fit into some 20's. The next week, my dear sweet hubby says to me "I thought you bought some smaller jeans"... well, I did, but heck if those 20's weren't too big now, too. Sooo, the next day I went right back to Wally World and bought me some size 18's! These are all the same brand and cut of jeans. AND, I actually put those 18's in the dryer. With the size 22's, when I was heavier, I never put them in the dryer. I'd wear 'em for about 4 days and then wash 'em and lay 'em flat so that they wouldn't shrink. Even then they would be soooo tight for the first day or so. Okay, I'm finished gloating now. Guest guest
Okay Helon tell me what you mean by getting back on track. Are you a TOPS or a KOPS and how long you been off track. Forgive all the questions but since I'm just getting to know all of you I'm also interested in what's happening with weights and etc so I can learn.
