I am down 2 pounds and if I can get the scale to move 1 more pound, I will be at a new low for the year 2000. I think I will take a walk to the Drug Store and pick up some keto sticks. My menu for yesterday was. Breakfast 2 cups of coffee w/ cream 4carbs lunch, 1/2 cup brocolli w/ 1/2lb sauteed shrimp 4c. supper: 1/2 cup spaghetti squash 4c. Guest guest Posted August 30, 2000 Report Share Posted August 30, 2000 Breakfast: 1 hb egg 0.6g 3 pieces of bacon 0.2g 1/2 Wasa (1st time) w/ cream cheese 3.5g 14 oz. coffee (decaf) w/ heavy cream & sf syrup 2.1g Lunch: 1/2 medium cucumber (sliced) 2.0g tuna salad (2 big cans! 2 tbsp. mayo, pickle juice and Splenda) 1.0g 2-3 slices roasted turkey (no sugar), 1 slice Muenster & mayo in lettuce leaves 2.0g sf Jello snack cup 0.0g Dinner: one large chicken breast with Old Bay, butter, lemon and garlic Pam spray, lemon juice, pepper 2.0g approx. 1c broccoflower (steamed) w/ butter spray (fiber subtracted on veggie) 2.5g 14 oz. coffee (decaf) w/ heavy cream & sf syrup 2.1g ----------------------------------------------------- Day Total 17.8g 116 oz. of water... Up 1/2 lb. since last night (had a VERY late dinner at 11:00 PM) Ketostix moderate...
