Hal Huggins, It's All in Your Head: no reference in index for " asthma " . 2. Dr. E Hardy, Mercury Free: the wisdom behind the global consumer movement to ban " silver " dental fillings: One reference to asthma. About 1.5 pages long. He SPECULATES that asthma may be related to amalgam, but says " mercury should be considered as a possible cause in some cases of asthma " rather than that it is an open and shut case. 3. Hall Cutler, Amalgam Illness: diagnosis and treatment 4 page references to asthma p.26, in long list descriptive text about symptoms of merc poisoning: " Asthma is a symptom of chronic mercury poisoning. " p.27 " Immune disregulation can also lead to increased allergy, asthma and other respiratory complaints. " p.68 info on supplements to take for all kinds of merc related symptoms. Recommends taking 2 grams of vitamin C, 4 times a day + more magnesium + borage oil + DHEA + forskolin + selenium + drink a lot of strong black tea if you have allergies or asthma p.131 this is a long text about how long treatment will take. Specifically, how long the DMSA+ALA phase will take. In list of various severities of symptoms, asthma is grouped together with a bunch of other symptoms. If you are " starting to get " stuff in this list, then 14-25 months of DMSA+ALA will be needed.
Guest guest
Moira, thanks for your response. My daughter is just two years old and I am suspecting (although not sure) that she might have asthma. I don't know if I can give her all those supplements. She has had ten vaccines so far but I never finished her vaccines once I learned of the vaccines role in Autism. I'll have to have her hair tested. Thanks. Guest guest
When I had 3 fillings removed a couple of months ago, I did not have an alternate oxygen source and my asthma (that had been in control) has gone out of control...I still use the inhaler about 3x/day when I was only using it sporadically before. I thought that my dental chair experience was the direct cause.(I didn't prep my body w/ supplements either) I've been so busy w/ treating my son, I haven't gone in to have myself checked out. I have my 2nd appt. 12/18 for " lower right side " work. I am concerned because I haven't recouped from the first experience. I will tell them to give me an oxygen mask this time!?? My dentist thinks this " amalgm removal " is a little extreme. He pointed out that he wasn't in a HURRY to get his removed but he did just get his last amalgm fillings removed a few months ago. He said his office hasn't used amalgms in 10years. Any recoup health tips before next removals? [ ] Re: Asthma and mercury > Does anyone know if asthma is associated with mercury poisioning? Yes. Guest guest
Hello : Follows is what my ND has recommended to me to prep for amalgam removal: 2) Take multi- vitamin four per day (Mountain Peak Nutritionals: Advanced Antioxidant Multi Vitamin/mineral formula with Digestive Plant Enzymes and the highest quality raw materials). Always with a meal. 3) Take zinc (30 mg) three times per day. 4) Take B12 vitamin (sl - under tongue), one per day. 5) One week prior to removal take Charcoal and Glycine per instructions on bottle. Take 2 pills three times per day. Take also for a week post removal. 6) Take the following homeopathic remedies the day before and day after (three pellets each under tongue). A) Arnica (keep this one up for four days after) Ledum C) Hypericum (St. ’s Wart) Note: The first three items really had to do with the fact that I was having some other health issues but a good multi vitamin and some minerals cannot hurt you. The homeopathic remedies did make a difference for me but may not be necessary for you. They will help promote healing from the trauma to your mouth (needle stick, etc.) The charcoal and glycine will help to remove merc you do get exposed to and keep your liver (I think may be kidney) strong. Just a note, eating shredded wheat while taking the charcoal will keep things moving. Hope this helps One last comment, I would wait until you feel better before going to the next appointment. You system may need more time than other folks need. You don't want to overstress your body when you need to function to continue to care for your children. Guest guest
Andy, My NT daughter became asthmatic and very environmentally allergic at 3 1/2 to 4 yrs old. She just turned 6 y.o. Tested her for yeast..positive as well as positive for casein peptides. She has an autistic brother who regressed at 18-20 months--I am 6 rounds into chelating him and he is responding beautifully. He has myelin basic protein autoantibodies as well. Of course they both had all their vacs and two flu shots to boot. I am contemplating chelating her...my gut concern, what keeps plagueing me is that if she is toxic, she could be a young woman with chronic fatigue or lupus etc. What do you think? Do i need to test her first for anything in your opinion? Liver? Immune? Red Blood Cell Elements? I did a hair test but I think i did the wrong one thru doctors data (Hair Toxic Element Exposure Profile) because the percentages on the right start at about 50%. Total toxic exposure Index was midway thru the yellow. Thank you for your thoughts and help!!! [ ] Re: Asthma and mercury > Does anyone know if asthma is associated with mercury poisioning? Yes. Guest guest
, I'm having my third dental appt. tomorrow to remove 5 out of 6 amalgams and I've been taking the following since first removal: Udo's Choice (blend of EFA's), C, B complex, spirulina, Women's One Daily by GreatFoods (I think that's the name) , garlic and probiotics. I think it may help a little. The other ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Juno offers FREE or PREMIUM Internet access for less! (I always wonder when comments are to Andy specifically, but usually go ahead-- which is what I'm doing here.) I think your concern about your daughter is very reasonable. Personally, I'd want to test pretty-much-anyone-biologically- related-to-child-with-ASD. I may be a little over the deep end on this, but maybe not. I think the likelihood of your NT daughter, or you, being merc toxic is HIGHER than the average population. I have no studies to prove this, it is just my belief about it. The average population is not exactly safe on this score, to begin with. (I'm not as sure about dads, but I'd test them as well.) Your daughter may just be toxic but " less " toxic-- or different manifestations (for whatever reason). There are a number of people on the list chelating multiple people at once. You are correct == the hair test for " toxic elements " is the WRONG one-- you want the one with both toxic and essential elements. The counting rules uses the ESSENTIAL elements to look for messed up mineral levels. The test you got can, however, alert you to OTHER toxic metals that may be high (other than merc). And don't forget to test yourself Moria
Guest guest
Just be sure she doesn't have mercury amalgam dental fillings when beginning detox. As one who discovered my own mercury toxicity at age 29, I encourage you to detox her, the sooner the better.
