Guest guest Posted January 5, 2000 Report Share Posted January 5, 2000 I made this for dinner tonight Baked Potato Soup 1can garlic chicken broth (12 or 14 oz can) 1 bag of mashed potatos (ore Idas) 4 cans of water (use the broth can) 2 baked potatos cubed 8 oz. Velveeta (type) cheese cubed 1 block of cream cheese cubed 6 pieces of bacon cooked in microwave til crunchy...then crumble up 1Tbsp. Salt N' Spice (Mc Cormick Spices...Wal-mart super center has it) 1sm onion diced fine Bring broth and water to a boil add the mashed potatos and salt n spice.bring up to just bubbling, add cheeses onion and reduce to a low simmer....cook til cheeses are melted, add bacon...and ITS DONE!! and better than panneras potato cream cheese soup!! i will try and figure out the protien and carbs! carla =0) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
