Guest guest Posted April 27, 2000 Report Share Posted April 27, 2000 Mediation is tomorrow so I won't be able to come up with that many more questions. Does 504 apply to preschool age children? What if the private school your child is in does NOT get federal funding? Does that eliminate 504? Where does it say who prepares the 504 plan? My sending school district says it is the receiving school that should prepare the plan. I was only given a piece of paper with a few Q & A's about 504 on it, nothing more.
