Nope - not grossed out at all. This part of any meat can be suculent depending

on how it's prepared.

Probably why so many people like pork rinds - fried pork fat.

Cut off what you can see on the leftover ham and throw it away. Sometimes that's

the only thing that works for me.

Ok, I've discovered my " new " danger food.

HAM.

BAKED HAM.

AND THE FAT THAT COMES ON THAT BAKED HAM.

I don't get it. Where did this " craving " come from? Am I missing

some " key " nutrient? Am I not getting enough " fat " in my new food

lifestyle? Am I just plain WIERD?? (don't answer that one....) I

don't know how many points are in an OUNCE of FAT, but Im totaling

out my day. Tons of water is the only thing going in my mouth for the

rest of today. I thought by putting this in actual print, that it

would totally GROSS me out, and maybe I won't do it again...I hope. I

tried to " fix " it, by lifting weights, and doing sit-ups, but I still

feel " icky " .

Please, somebody admit to me that you've done something like this

too. You know, misery loves company, ;(

ps. " BA " if you read this, you'd BETTER NOT REPEAT A WORD OF IT, LOL!!
