Thanks for the advice. It is so true that we can harm oursleves in the

long run if we don't take our protein and vitamins.

I bought some chewable iron tonight:

Nature's Best: High Potency Iron with Vit C Iron: as amino acid

chelate=27 mg 150% DV

Iron: 27 mg as iron tris glycinate chelate 27 mg 150 %

I also have a RX for Trinsicon with Iron ( bighorse pills YUCK!) These

upset my stomach and create a tar like bowel movement.

Comments? Good, bad, Poor choice. All feedback welcome!
