I bought some chewable iron tonight: Nature's Best: High Potency Iron with Vit C Iron: as amino acid chelate=27 mg 150% DV Iron: 27 mg as iron tris glycinate chelate 27 mg 150 % I also have a RX for Trinsicon with Iron ( bighorse pills YUCK!)
