B: Protein Absorption Question

I had all these symptoms plus dehydaration which led to

constipation. Ugggh!

I am doing better now but it is hard to consume protein from food

alone, at least for me. I am still nervous about using protein

supplements because of my surprising poor labs results.

I am doing egg white protein until I can find a protein that doesn't

give me the runs like whey does!
