You are correct, we have no " egg issues " so I would be using Lupron only to make certain that I didn't ovulate " on my own " before egg retrieval could be done and my RE thought that the risk of so-called " early ovulation " is much less than the risk of atrophying my fragile endometrium IN MY CASE. You are correct though that each woman's situation is different and may call for a different treatment plan. I just wanted everyone to be aware of the risk of atrophy to endometrium when using Lupron so they could each discuss these risks intelligently with their own doctors and make their own " cost/benefit " decision.
